This was taken outside Baker Street station entrance with a very prominent Underground sign. Notice how the "Do not enter" sign with the circle and line just below the big Underground sign looks almost the same, especially with the red circle.
Compositionally, the eyeflow starts clockwise with the Underground sign at top right, then down the pillar and left to right following the people, then the building takes you back right to the Underground sign.
