This is an emergency exit stairway at Baker Street station. I like the sign, no words I guess because if you are running in an emergency you don't have time to read. I also like how the man is running since you don't normally see signs instructing you to run. He even has a shadow.
The black tiles on the wall mimic steps of the stairs which is cool, maybe they are for the man in the sign? It almost looks like that running man could run up those black tiles like stairs.
